To book the flat, please follow these steps:
1. Email us with your chosen dates together with the following information:
a) the number of people in your party giving the ages of any under-18s
b) your contact details including email, a phone number and a correspondence address.
c) See availability chart
(We generally let from Saturday to Saturday though out of high season exceptions can be made. Bookings longer than a week are also possible. Bookings shorter than a week are possible for a minimum charge. Please ask.)
2. We will confirm the availability of the chosen dates and the cost.
The weekly rates are:

3. Once you have confirmed by email that you wish to book the apartment we will send you a booking form to complete. It has two elements:
a) booking form
b) terms and conditions
Please read the document carefully, fill it out and sign it and return to the address given at the top of the form together with the down-payment detailed on the form (usually half of the rental fee) and a copy of some form of identification such as a utility bill or drivers licence. (We return this to you at the end of your stay together with the security deposit).
4. Six weeks prior to your arrival we request you send us the second half of the fee, together with a £150 returnable security deposit. We will send you a set of keys and details on how to get to the apartment a fortnight before your arrival.
